You need credits in order to send SMS messages using this service. Credits must be pre-purchased and are not refundable. However, they never expire as long as your account is active.

Generally, each message you send will use one credit. However, longer messages, or messages that use special characters like Asian or Emoji, may need to be sent in multiple parts, and each message part uses one credit. The number of credits required for each message you send are clearly displayed for you to approve before sending.

With a Basic account, credits cost 20¢ each (AUD, including GST). These can be purchased in blocks of 100, for $20. If you expect to use more that 100 credits per month, it makes sense to upgrade to a standard account, because credits then cost just 10¢ each. A Standard account is a monthly subscription service, which costs just $10 (AUD, including GST) per month. There is no lock-in – you can cancel at any time. Use the Upgrade Account button in the menu to upgrade your account at any time.

  • You are solely responsible for the content of the messages you send using this service. It is your responsibility to comply will all relevant laws. You are not anonymous — our server records all accounts and IP addresses used for message transmission and these can be requested by law enforcement agencies
